Identifying Critical Issues

Original Presentation Date: December 1st, 2021

Presented by Lea Frederick and George Frederick of Vue Custom Pools & Construction

Pool renovation often exposes the malpractice of previous contractors and service professionals - sometimes with expensive and time-consuming repairs. For at least one project, a recent renovation has uncovered dangerous non-compliance with drain-cover safety as well as structural problems and other concerns. This look at a commercial pool renovation exposes common problems and some not-so-common solutions providing both new and renovation builders with valuable lessons.
