This class is designed to be the last segment of plaster issues and repairs, following up on Construction 3683: Pool Plaster Bond Characteristics, and Construction 3684: Essential Pool Plastering Techniques. It delves into why such an occurrence may have happened and who is responsible for it including proper remediation methods.
