The Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) provides a standardized organizational system for many different types of soils similar to the way the periodic table of the elements organizes all atoms. Because the structural engineering parameters of the various soil types are relatively consistent it is possible to codify such things as bearing capacity and lateral active pressures. This program maps the engineering parameters and identifies the source-code of the requirement. It is the basis for all watershape structural engineering!
